Picnic, special guided visits and open air activities for children at Monastero di Torba and Villa della Porta Bozzolo

A lot of fun with FAI - Fondo Ambiente Italiano - on Easter and on Easter Monday. FAI's properties will be open during the Easter weekend, from Friday, 22 April until Monday, 25 April 2011 and transformed in meetings and relaxing places.
It will be an uncommon way to spend a day in serenity between green areas, art and culture, together with your family or with your friends.
FAI proposes two nice ideas to spend the day on 25 April that will take place at Monastero di Torba and at Villa della Porta Bozzolo from 10.00 am to 6.00 pm.
In the big grass underneath Monastero di Torba it will be possible for visitors to enjoy delicious picnic (fire lightings are not allowed) together with the family or with friends.
Furthermore, for people who would like to eat in the openair, the "Refettorio" restaurant, in the monastic complex, will prepare picnic hampers where you will find a sandwich, a drink and a dessert at the price of 5€.
For people who would like to eat "in the classic way", the restaurant will propose an excellent menù with traditional Easter dishes.

FAI has tought also to children, who will be involved in entertaining activities (manual laboratory with recycled materials, team playings and the funny egg hunting).
During all the day there will be guided visits in the tower frescos rooms and in the precious Church of IX - XIII Century.
In the wonderful Villa della Porta Bozzolo too, visitors could have picnic (fire lightings are not allowed) or buy a picnic bag that will contain a sandwich, a drink or a bottle of water, fruit or dessert at the price of 7€. To buy them it's necessary the booking at 0332/624136.
Children could decorate eggs, take part to playings in the open air and to the egg hunting in the suggestive garden of the Villa.
For all the day, visitors could discover the wonderful rooms of the Villa with a guide.
